Illinois Jaguar Club to host Concours d'Elegance Car Show Aug. 10 in Warrenville
The Illinois Jaguar Club is hosting its annual Concours d'Elegance classic car show and competition on Saturday, Aug. 10, at St. James Farm & Nature Preserve in Warrenville.
It will be 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Use the St. James entrance via the Hoy Ave entrance at 27W400 Hoy Ave. Judging will be at 11 a.m.
Jaguar vehicles from the 1940s to the present are featured on display. The public is invited to attend. Admission is free.
The Illinois Jaguar Club was formed in the fall of 1999 by combining the two Chicago-area Jaguar Clubs: the Jaguar Association of Greater Chicago and the Northern Illinois Jaguar Driver's Club. Its mission is to provide a Jaguar Clubs of North America affiliated club that supports all types of Jaguar enthusiast, including Concours enthusiasts, drivers, collectors, tinkerers, rebuilders, polishers, etc. in a variety of social gatherings and organized events.
The club has a roster of members from all over Illinois and the surrounding area. Members own, show, and drive a wide variety of Jaguars, encompassing everything from an SS-100 to the newer I-Pace SUV.
