Lambs Farm Summertime Craft Fest returns Aug. 10-11

The Lambs Farm Summertime Craft Fest features a craft show with 150 booths, a food court featuring food trucks and local eateries, and a family-friendly DJ, all in a setting under the trees.

The two-day show from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday and Sunday, Aug. 10-11, at Camp Big Timber, 37W955 Big Timber Road in Elgin. It will be held rain or shine. No pets are allowed at Camp Big Timber.

There will be food from El Chido Street Tacos, Smilin Dawgs and GV's Italian Street Food.

Admission is $7 at gate. Youth ages 16 and under get in free, accompanied by a paying adult. There is a $5 early bird price available through Aug. 9 at www.tickettailor.com/events/craftproductionsinc/1327446.

Camp Big Timber is a 70-acre park and campground owned by the BSA Three Fires Council. It offers plentiful free parking and an air-conditioned lodge with indoor restrooms. The booths are located on grass, along the winding gravel path.

​A portion of the proceeds from this event benefit two nonprofit partners. Lambs Farm helps people with developmental disabilities lead productive and happy lives. The Three Fires Council, Scouting America delivers adventure to nearly 10,000 Scouts in 10 districts.
