As a multiplatform editor at the Daily Herald, Brian designs centerspread layouts and pages for the Time out! and Time out! Sunday entertainment sections, publishes entertainment content on dailyherald.com and posts features stories to the Daily Herald's social media outlets, including Facebook and Twitter.
Brian also writes a weekly column, Sound Check (formerly Music Notes), for Time out!, where he promotes the suburban and Chicago local music scene. Brian won a Lisagor Award for news design in 2015 for his work on Time out!
